Happy Star Wars Day everyone. Once again my petition for this to be a national holiday has not been granted. But I will try again next year!
This week we continued our look at prayer with the acronym A.C.T.S. See if your 5th grader can tell you what those stand for and how they can help us for a prayer. We also looked at some powerful examples of prayer in the Bible - Lord’s prayer, Jonah, Jabez, Hannah and David.
In CFP we had a great discussion about Justice and how to honor God through the story of Paul and Silas being thrown in Jail.

Mr. Akerson pace took a test today (Friday) Next week we’ll work through lessons 101-105 and will have our LAST PRETEST on Friday.
Self pace continues to work through some lessons in the 6th grade book. They will have a pretest and test later in the week next week.

We started our final unit of the year, The Renaissance this week. Students have to “gamify” the Renaissance in their final project of the year. All the requirements can be found in Classroom. Don’t wait get started now!
